Real Fit Children’s Fit Club (ages 9-15)

Come and join our exclusive club of your peers. Have fun getting
and staying in shape. Get ready for your favorite sport or just do it
to get and stay active after school.

Learn the value of team work working with others. Be apart of
something positive and constructive. Exercise in a safe and
friendly environment. Learn healthy eating habits that you can teach
your parents and friends.

Each session will be Instructed and supervised by our Certified
Personal Trainers.
The sessions will focus on improved flexibility, increased stamina
and strength, improving balance and dexterity, weight management
and education.

Cost
ONLY $10 per day during the weekdays 11/2hr. Workout time
